Welcome to the FreeBudget!
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FreeBudget, both the mobile application and the web platform ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the FreeBudget, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
2. Use of the Service
The FreeBudget is designed to help you manage and track your finances. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in activities that could harm the app or other users.
3. User Registration
To use certain features of the FreeBudget, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
5. Subscription & Payment Details
Our app offers the following subscription and purchase options:
- Yearly Plan: $19.99 per year (auto-renewing).
- Forever Plan: $49.99 one-time purchase (lifetime access).
Free Trial
- We offer a 7-day free trial.
- After the trial, you will be charged $19.99 per year, unless canceled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
- The Yearly Plan automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple ID settings. Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds
- Payments are processed through Apple, and we do not offer refunds. Refund requests should be made through Apple Support as per App Store policies.
6. User Content
By using the Service, you may input or upload information related to your personal budget, expenses, and financial planning ("User Content"). This data is for personal budgeting purposes only and does not include sensitive financial information such as bank account details, credit card numbers, or other legal financial data. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by using the Service, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.
7. Restrictions
You may not use the FreeBudget to engage in activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on others' rights, or harm the app or its users. You are also prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the FreeBudget at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked, and you may lose access to your data.
9. Disclaimers
The FreeBudget is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any errors, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, which may be determined based on your location. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the FreeBudget after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
